Submit a provider for testing
We test what people are buying. If you make or use an AI receptionist we haven't called yet, tell us.
What to send
- The provider name and website.
- Whether you are the vendor, a customer or a reseller.
- A link to the pricing page and setup documentation.
- If you are the vendor: confirmation that we may record test calls under your terms.
What we do not accept
- Payment for testing or for a place in the rankings.
- Pre-configured demo lines. We set every product up ourselves using self-serve tools.
- Requests to withhold a result.
Re-tests
If a provider ships a fix for a failure we documented, send the release notes and we will schedule a re-test. The original result stays published with its date.
